Action of Tranexamic Acid

How to Use

• Typically, adults take 750mg to 2000mg per day, divided into 3 to 4 doses.
• The amount taken at one time is about 250mg to 667mg.

• It is generally taken after meals.

• Sore throat due to colds: The anti-inflammatory action helps reduce throat pain and swelling. Effects can be expected with a smaller dose than the usual anticoagulant dosage.
• Chloasma (brown spots): It suppresses melanin production and is effective for improving chloasma. Continuous use is necessary, and it is usually recommended to use it for about two months, followed by a break of about two months. (This is because the average recurrence period was found to be two months after stopping).
